Has any other woman felt so pressured and stressed out? How do you handle it? I feel like I'm pulled in so many different directions and I'm exhausted. I feel like I have to be the very best at all times and it's not realistic at all. I'm also having a hard time finding time to work out and stay in shape. How do you guys juggle your busy schedules?!!

When I'm feeling stressed out and exhausted with my life, I spend a few
days off and do things for myself.  I'll give myself a nice three day
weekend when everyone else is having a stressful monday morning, I'm
getting my nails done, exercising, relaxing watching tv, going to
lunch, going shopping, reading a magazine, taking a hot bath, and going
to bed early.  One of the main reasons why I get to the point of almost
pulling my hair out with a million things to do is because of lack of
sleep.  So I'll sometimes spend a whole weekend napping and catching up
on sleep. The best exercise routing that's worked for me is running.  It works out nearly all of your muscles, and it's quick.  You can run a good two miles in less than 20-25 minutes and it give you more endurance and keeps you healthier and better equipped to handle stress.

Those are some good ideas and you're making me want to do some now to relax!! I think us woman have a lot on our plates and it is hard to make everyone happy and do everything you need to. Weekends are so short too and sometimes make me feel stressed because on my days to relax I have a long list of things to do. Some exercising I do it bike riding, which you can go as far as you want or even playing tennis or any sport that interests you.

The more you vent about things, the better.  When something is bothering you, even just telling someone about the problem can help you cope.  Usually if I have some extra time, I'll call up a friend just to talk casually.  Ususally we find something to laugh about and that helps too.

My doctor told me to meditate for atleast 15 minutes a day and to just clear all the thoughts in your head and imagine yourself in the most peaceful place you can think of. For me its the jungle. You think of all the sounds you hear, the trees that surround you the ground your on and what it feels like and just clear all your thoughts for 15 minutes a day. And thats supposed to relieve you from the side effects of stress. it works on me tho when I finish meditating ( even though I know if someone saw me i looked like a loser) I feel so relaxed and relieved and happy.

excersise helps with stress a lot. I went through a phase where I was stressing so much and my doctor told me to excersise, and everytime I would excersise I would feel so much better and not even worry bout my problems. I'm over all that stress, but I still excersise everyday and I feel happier and great.

Make a schedule. Schedule time for work, time for exercise, time for play and live by it. I find this a lot less stressful and it helps. and don't ever be too lazy and skip out on something your scheduled for. Make it a priority. Amore organized life is a more relaxing life.
