5 starburst candy is 100 calories!! I used to eat two packs of those just on break

Starbursts are good. I eat a lot of those too. I also can eat a whole box of Wheat Thins. I really need to check the calorie count and I always forget to check the serving size...Opps.

Sometimes its not really the calories that matter but more of the sugar and fat content. When I eat something with a lot of calories I dont really feel fat from it, but when I eat something with a lot of fat in it, i gain the weight rapidly.

Dang 2 chips ahoy cookies amount to 100 calories! I eat like a whole roll of those every time I'm craving it. Thats probably like 1400 callories!

I think watermelon could be a good alternative to high calorie snacks.  It tastes so good, and it fills you up really fast!  It's mostly water so you won't be gaining any excess weight after eating it.
