Alcohol and Internet=Weight Gain

Am I the only one who can't lose these extra pounds? I might have a reason behind some weight gain in women. Research was conducted from all 50 states with 5000 girls between the ages of 14-21. They found that woman who drink even 2 alcoholic beverages a week or slept less than 6hr a night gained more weight. And if combined with internet use can gain around 4 extra pounds. I know I don't need that. I wonder if they would find similar findings from woman who are between 21-30.

That study you're talking about makes sense.... if someone is likely to drink 2-3 drinks per week and spending time online, then they're probably not going to make time to exercise. But don't get your mindset on this, everyone
can
lose weight, it's just a matter of how bad you want to lose it :)
