I love Quiznos and I was really sad when I found out their peanut butter cookie has 400 calories. Okay that is 1/5 of the amount you are supposed to intake in one day on one little cookie. I also eat at Wendy's a lot and saw on their health board that their large fries have 550. I guess I don't even think about it and I just get in the habit of eating bad food. I really need to watch what I eat, but fast food is so addicting and so easy to eat all the time because it's fast and convenient.

One of the best side options for any entree is a healthy garden salad.  Or you can consider a food group that's not included in your meal already.  It's important to get a healthy dose of veggies, fruits, proteins and carbs everyday.

I think I just need to eat less in general lol.  I was thinking today, how come people don't eat dessert anymore?  I know I don't because I'm always so so full that if I ate one bit of dessert I'd blow up.  In European countries, fresh fruit is a common dessert item.  I think the portion sizes that Americans serve are a lot more.  Also the serving plates we use are massive, so it looks like there's only a little bit of food on our plates when really there's a lot.
