Did you know 1 in every 200 woman have an eating disorder. Think about how many woman in a public place has one and we don't even know or see it and only 1 in every 10 get treatment. If you know someone who has an eating disorder encourage them to seek help. It is a scary disease that needs to be battled.

A lot of people are naive about eating disorders, but it can be pretty obvious if it's a close friend. And people with eating disorders aren't always stick thin, even at their worst. It's become popular to be really skinny, but we should remain our ideal healthy body weight.
