This old man (78 years old!!) that traveled by ferry to Denmark to drink. He spent all his money drinking and couldn't afford to ticket back home to Sweden so he stole a rowboat and figured the waves would push him home..well that didn't work and was later found by the Danish Coastguard. When he sobered up he was put back on the ferry home...wonder how he paid for the ticket haha

I could never imagine going through what that guy went through out there on the water. To get that drunk where he was so irresponsible that he couldn't afford the ferry fair is pretty bad. The bartender should have cut him off, but I think in countries like that drinking is more accepted and people are allowed to get carried away more.

This man's story is pretty hilarious, but sad if you think about it.  Why didn't he just stay in Sweden to drink there?  It's common to have impaired judgement while drinking, that's why a lot of people end up in strange situations... We all know some crazy drinking stories.
