How Toxic are you?
How Toxic are you?

Without knowing it, you could be exposing yourself to high levels of toxic chemicals. I had a test done not too long ago that revealed I had high levels of preservatives called parabens and chemicals called phthalates which make plastics bendy and flexible. There was even DDT which was banned years ago, but I discovered that it stays in your body for a long time after you've been exposed to it.
So ever since then, I've been on a mission to reduce the amount of chemical toxins I'm exposing myself to. I don't use air fresheners and I use a wet wash cloth to clean surfaces. Also I cut down on the amount of bleach I use to disinfect. I know I'll thank myself when I'm older regarding my health, and I'm doing a lot for my skin especially by not giving it any extra toxins to get rid of.
