I've heard about this video game, it could work for some people I guess. A psychologist made a video game with a similar purpose, but for crack addiction. Basically they're both suppose to reduce your cravings. The only thing that worked for me was convincing myself that cigarettes were absolutely poisonous and if I smoked another one, I'd die. It's half truthful, it workef for me. Now I've quit smoking long enough that I hate the smell. yuck.

My problem is that everyone around me smokes. My friends my family, even strangers everyone smokes around me and not a little but a lot. So quitting feels impossible for me.
