I've found that the buddy system is one of the most successful ways of quitting smoking. Quitting with a friend can make things easier, you can support each other, keep each other motivated and distracted. They say quitting cigarettes is as hard as quitting heroin. I just think of all of the health problems I'm saving myself from remaining nicotine free. :)

One of my buddies is quitting and he's been reminding me that he's quitting, I think it's for some extra motivation for himself. But I'm really proud of my boy, he's really determined. The hard part is that very last cigarette, but you have to be really strong about it you're right about that.
