Did you know that if you put a pencil sized amount of uranium in your fuel tank your car can run 20 years without ever having to fill up. Can you imagine how great that would be?? I wouldn't want a 20 year one, I'd want a quarter of that a 5 year one so I can still change my car every 5 years. But that would be so great never having to go to the gas station ever again! But the only problem with this is theres only 1% of uranium found that we could use for fuel. So we'd all be basically fighting for it.

Where did you hear about this?  That seems a little unreal.  I bet they're just telling us there's only 1% available because they want us to keep buying gas forever and ever....

I read about this. Uraniam is a radioactive chemical and can be used as nuclear power. It can be used in cars or just as electricity in your home, basically anywhere that needs energy, and it gives off a lot more energy than fossil fuel or gas. But its a bit dangerous in cars because a serious accident can become fatal, you'd be exposed to so much radioactivity from this chemical and it could cause a lot of serious health risks or sometimes instant fatality. It would still be pretty cool though to never have to go to the gas station again.

I think this whole country needs to get together and tell our government NO we're not paying that much for gas.  I know we're in a recession right now, but our government isn't even a democracy anymore.  We have no real say in the government, it's all capitalism.

I so agree! It costs me almost $60 to fill up my car and I cant use the cheap gas on it. Crazy thing is just 4 months ago it only cost me $40 and I would complain about that. I want to just sell mycar and buy a smart car and look comical in it just so I dont have to pay for gas! I wish we could just use a tube of uraniam!

I pay $80 for a full tank and that only lasts about a week!  It's soo ridiculous, I don't want to pay either!  I'm in with you guys =)
