A woman in Westmoreland County has been sentenced to two to
four years in prison for letting her 12-year-old daughter have sex at home with
a 16-year-old boy. The woman is Angel Harp Suman and is thirty four. Her three
children are in foster care now. The judge thinks that Suman is a danger to her
children and other children. The sex incidents also occurred while she was on
probation for allowing her other daughter and juveniles to drink at her home
while she was drunk.

Seriously how could a parent be that careless?? This amazes
me really.

Isn't is sad what parents let happen in their own home. It amazes me. I don't understand why people have children if they aren't going to take care of them and raise them. I think if more parents cared and were off drugs, the society as a whole would be better.I'm not talking about parents who struggles, but turned their lives around, I'm talking about the ones who just flat out don't seem to care.
