Few issues with this new layout

Few issues with this new layout

First off, people can't log in unless they get a new password, but I put up a thread about dealing with that.

Secondly, the subscribed threads page on the profile doesn't seem to work right.

Third, is there an option to disable the Subscribe? box from being checked automatically? I'd rather not have my inbox full of replies because I forgot to uncheck it.

Fourth, a small thing but peoples names show up in all lowercase on the thread listing.

Edit:
Fifth, avatars seem to screw up big time, I mean, look at mine!

Edit:
Another problem with the layout

On the topic list, instead of showing the name of the last poster, and the time, it shows this.

Yesterday

Yesterday

A bug with Edit, subsequent edits edit the part that was previously added to the page. Hence why my 5th bug report is now gone from this post.

Edit:
Scratch that last one, edits just don't show on the creation or preview page.

I wonder why all the names here, i.e., Dartz, Fardreamer, BettyBlue, Leighdu, etc., got the lower case treatment? Not a big deal, in the greater scheme of things, but yeah, it looks....weird.

Thank you for being patient with our new layout. As you have noticed there are still a few items that we are working on.

Firstly, due to the migration to the new AddictedSpace layout, we had to reset passwords for all users. This was the most secure choice for all of our users due to data encryption and all that goes along with decrypting and transferring.

Second, the subscribed threads page is still in implementation and will be functional by this evening.

Third, the subscribe box is planned to be unchecked by default and checked if you are already subscribed to the thread. This was already being developed by our team.

Fourth, the names do show up lowercase and that is due to how they are saved in the database. We will look into making an adjustment to this.

Fifth, the profile and avatar pictures are working correctly. The image is intended to appear blurry until approved by our moderators. This is to keep from explicit content from being shown until we can remove the image. At the moment our moderators go through a few times a day and approve all of the new images that are used for profiles and avatars. This process will become faster as time goes by.

Thanks for being patient with the new system. We will continue to work on and update AddictedSpace to make it as user friendly and intuitive as possible. Thank you for your feedback.

I find the new system quite innovative, the ability to add more to a post instead of editing it is a really clever idea. Stops people messing with a post to twist peoples words around. The avatar idea is pretty neat as well, kinda on the nanny side, but this is a worksafe website, and people take comfort in knowing that there is worksafe content. On that note, I'm firing up an avatar.
