We are by nature a curious species, if we weren't we would still be sitting in trees in africa. Also one of the mainsatys of being a teenager is the attraction to risk taking behaviour and experementation. hence, people take drugs.

There are a lot of factors why teenagers do drugs. Some do it because they want to be part of a group. Others because of peer pressure. While there are those who do it because they thought their lives are not worth living.

I think that the way that people describe drugs make them seem real fun. So ofcourse who doesn't want to have fun? And teenagers end up trying it. Its like when someone describes how much fun disney land is, the person listening ends up wanting to visit disney land. When a person mentions how good a drug is and how great they felt, the other person starts wanting to try it too.
