I am a cutter and i cant seem to stop myself. Everytime I feel over emotional i always go and cut myself and it doesnt hurt at all, but instead i feel better. Can anyone help me with this? I even went so far as to write hate in my arm. Someone please help!

Don't think of your self as this bad person , you are a good person , you should learn to love your self more , look at all the good things in you life and work from there
