Like they say, the first step is admitting it.

I'm currently addicted to anti-depressants, I went on them after my grampa died, and I became way too dependant on them. I tried going cold-turkey but that failed miserabley, so I'm trying to wean myself off them and making good progress.

Internet mostly, mainly because I lead a REALLY boring life here in Greenock. Too many of those damn neds make it hard to leave the house.

Wait, your grampa died? Oh Geez, Lars I never knew, I'm so sorry to hear that, he was a good family friend to me. He will be missed.
