I had to actually register just to reply to this...I'm so sorry. Ok, where to begin...it's not a new thing. I had a good friend die from it over ten years ago. Don't freak out though, most often it doesn't result in death, just some degree of brain damage. This is the same with any inhalent, where use=abuse, and is synonomous with the death of brain cells. It gives you a very warm feeling on the first huff, then everthing becomes brighter almost flourescent, next huff brings an unreal sense of de ja vue, then comes the halucinations, and everything becomes clear. Most of the time, the user is well aware of the dangers and should probably be taking psych meds...no really, not a joke. If they become comfortable with the idea of never waking up, they'll hit the floor unconscious many times, only to get up and do it again. It is most common in early teen years, and if they're already using another substance that can't be attained, it may be used as a substitute. It's not addictive aside from the need to escape reality, and that should say enough. Hope this helps to shed some light on the subject.
