Paltalk and other chats can be very addictive. It seems like I will go on there and stay hours on there loosing track of time while I am there.

I've heard about Paltalk but I have never used it. Isn't that where all the messengers are combined into one? Anyways, I agree. The instant messengers can become addictive if abused. For me, they help me through out my work day. I talk with friends while getting work done and it makes the day go by even faster. I do know some people though, who live their entire existence through Yahoo messenger. It's not healthy at all.

i never been addicted to any of these? what i did have been addicted befiore was YM chats in the early days when you could do alot for free? wow i just remeber how nice it is to be there. And do every crazy stuff and even stay up all night doing nothing. But now i made the most of my time online. for a productive cause.
