Sometime i think of this as God send, why? because i do have lits of friends that is far away and i missed havung cinversation with them, but as this technology arrived i get to chat and even see them almost everytie just like the old days but in different ways.

Its good for me because I regularly need to communicate with my programmers from other countries. We work on a project together so we need to keep communicating but it also takes up a lot of my time and due to the difference in time zones it has ruined my sleep.

Instant messaging is the most used protocol on internet.
And it has taken many forums like
orkutting and other social networking groups.
They all have gove public.

To use it to summunicate to far away friends and families i thin it is not bad. But if you do it for the sake of nothing then better try to moderate it because you are just wasting precious time.
