Making money?

Making money?

I think I've recently become obsessed with the idea of making money on the internet. I'm not sure if this is a really bad thing or not though, because I'm a college student and it would be so much easier to make money on my own time rather than have a real job. The only problem is that I have 3 "irl" jobs in addition to everything I'm trying to do online and I don't really have time for it all.

It can be a bad thing if you are trying hard to make it work as an income. but if you have other jobs it might not be so bad until you can learn to make the type of money you need to quit those other jobs. You would be much better off starting an online business part time and keeping the jobs you have to pay the bills until you have built up your business.

I don't think it's bad to find online jobs. The thing is, you've got to open your eyes to the reality of it. Is the online job you're taking can really support you? Or are you simply convincing yourself that it can? Always do a reality check and go from there.

I don't think it's bad, unless you go working non-stop and end up having no rest and all. I think i have the same addiction too though. Fortunately i don't have irl jobs. Not to mention I'm also in college. But I do online jobs just to get the hang of it. Since I'm planning to take on graphical careers. GoodLuck to us. Haha.

I dont think it is really bad, but as the other users have stated you need to find a way to balance both your online work and your school work.

i don't think its a bad thing but since you have 3 real jobs, those should come first, I would only use the internet for money if I were inbetween jobs or something like that.

The 3 jobs that I have in "real" life do come first, I mean I have a schedule and I have to be there at a specific time and I've never called-off unless I've actually been really sick. I don't know/plan to really make my career online, unless I stumble upon something. I guess the only thing it's hurting at all is my social life- yea, I don't really have one. lol

Well, I have two things for you.

I would still make time for a social life. Afterall, you are only young
and in college once. If you don't make time to let loose, hang out with
good friends, and have fun a little bit, you will burn yourself out and
regret it later. I do myself.

Structure your three jobs, your social life, your studies and your
internet job. When you are studying online, don't get caught up with
your work, and vice versa. Concentrate only on yur present job before
moving on to the next. Although reallistically, you may need to
eventually quit one or more of your jobs.

It is bad if you are losing important time with your family. Making money on line is difficult. I have tried several with moderate success. Some ways work well. Some do not. But it takes alot of time to find the right method for you.

Have you heard the legend of the person who died playing World of Warcraft because he became so addicted to eat he didn't stop to eat or drink?

As others have said, as long as you don't let making money on the internet compromise your real life, it shouldn't be a problem. I use a few sites to make some money, but it's nothing big. I've probably made around £50 in about six months, mainly through survey sites and cashback sites.

Why would you think of it as a bad thing? Making money is making money. Doesn't matter if you are doing it over the net or not. I mean if it is possible for you to do so then why not do it. Plus you are in college so that is a great way to start.

Making money on internet isn't something I can straightaway categorise as a bad addiction. If we can earn from the internet while keeping our priorities right ,then any income can be considered a bonus. However, if we devote a lot of time to internet without getting any kind of compensation ,be it in the form of education/knowledge or monetary bonuses ,then it might be a botheration. For many people internet has become their primary source of income , but it needs time and effort. Moreover, there are many scams out there which can result in financial losses. So if the time spent on internet can be translated into financial gains for real then it's not that bad if you can strike a balance .

Well I think this is good idea to make some money and pay bills but sometimes it takes our important times. Sometimes this could turn into worthless when you scammed by someone. Most of people do online jobs for making money only.
