I am a porn addict since 14. I am now 21. I have been trying to stop for years and have had some success for periods of time, only to fall again. How can I stop altogether…forever?
Get in a twelve-step group of some kind. Get the CD; The 6 Types of Sex Addicts and The Treatment for the 6 Types of Sex Addicts. You might be failing because you don’t have all the real information you need to get better. Recovery is a team sport, so if you’re flying solo, you can’t recover. You’ll need a support group and/or an accountability partner.
