When you look at someone in a sexual way, you are objectifying them. You need to begin to see this person as someone who has feelings. She may have children and/or parents who love her or she may have been badly hurt by someone in the past. She is not a car that you can look at and compare shapes and proportions in order to determine her value. Nor is she a picture to be scanned into your "video" world so that you can manipulate her into your sexual fantasies.
If you can pray for her and ask God to protect her or pray for her husband or her children, it will allow you to put her in a relational context instead of an object context, which is what you may have initially had a desire to do. This prayer may help you break up the fantasy otherwise known as the "bubble" of addiction before it fully forms around you. It may actually give your mind the freedom to get back to healthier thinking. Remember, the individual that you are objectifying is a person created by God, and He thinks highly of her.
